The footer is an easy and effective way to relay relevant messaging to your customers. You can use it to alert customers to:
Seasonal Sales
Flash Sales
Shipping Information
FAQs… & More!
Note: The footer is visible only from the homepage.
Click on the “Design” tab from the navigation bar at the top of the StoreLab Platform.
Ensure you are on the “Homepage” of the App builder. Visible from the dropdown menu underneath the navigation bar at the top.
At the bottom of the left-hand homepage editor, select the “Footer” button.
Under “Announcement”, add your message. For example “15% off your first order”
5. Next, select an action from the following that corresponds with your message:
Collection: Link to a collection
Products: Link to a specific product
URL: Link to a website
Discount: Copy a discount code directly to the users’ clipboard for easy use at checkout
6. For this example, we’re going to add a discount code. Click on the “Discount” button below “Add Action”.
7. A popup will appear in the middle of the screen. Enter the discount code you set up in Shopify into the “Enter Discount Code” section.
8. Click the green “confirm” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the popup.
9. Once you’re happy with the message and corresponding action for your footer click the green “save” button in the bottom right-hand corner of the element editor.
