Who is this guide for?
If you are currently hosting an iOS mobile application with another app-building company or by yourself, you can opt to migrate your existing application over to our platform without needing to create a new application.
This means you can keep all of the customers who have downloaded your application and the migration will not interfere with the end user experience.
How do I migrate my iOS application?
(1) Navigate to your App Store Connect account
(2) Select 'Users and Access' from the available options as shown below
(3) Click the blue '+' button as shown below
(4) On the pop up, please fill in the information as shown in the screenshot below. Please also select 'Admin' as the level of permission you are giving us.
(5) Once you have filled this out exactly as shown above, please click 'Next' and then send the invite.
Considerations
After you send your invite, please email us on [email protected] to inform us that you are ready for your app to be migrated.
Once we successfully accept the invitation to your Apple Developer Account, your Implementation Expert will complete all of the technical aspects of your setup on your behalf.
Due to each migration being on a case-by-case basis, please allow our team anywhere from 2-3 weeks to successfully complete your migration. In the meantime, your existing application will function as normal.
Once the migration is complete, all previously logged-in customers will be logged out from your app but they can sign back in right away without an issue.
Important Note: Please ensure that your 'Launch' page on the StoreLab Platform has been filled out and your app design is ready to go.
