How can I cancel a push notification?

If you have scheduled a push notification for the future you can cancel it within one minute of the scheduled time.

Find out how to cancel a scheduled push notification below:

  1. Log in to your Shopify dashboard and click on the StoreLab app on the left-hand side under “sales channels”.

2. Navigate to the "Engage" tab within the StoreLab web app. It can be found on the top navigation bar.

3. Within the Engage tab click on “scheduled notifications” on the second horizontal navigation bar, below the main one.

4. Locate the notification you wish to cancel and click on it.

5. A popup will appear with the content and the scheduled date and time.

6. Within the same popup, click the red “Cancel Notification” button.

Note: If you do not see your notification listed please reach out to us through our support page and we can ensure it is cancelled for you.
