Tracking app installs is vital for understanding the effectiveness of your marketing efforts and gauging user adoption of your app. It empowers you to make data-driven decisions, optimise your app's performance, and ultimately enhance user satisfaction.

1. Log into your Shopify dashboard and click on the StoreLab app on the left-hand side under “sales channels”.

2. Once your app is live and published in both app stores, your Analytics Dashboard will appear as soon as you click into the StoreLab web app.

3. Select the date range you wish to view by clicking on the green “Select Date Range” button at the top of the page.

4. A popup will appear. Select the date range from our dropdown of preset ranges or set a custom date range.

5. Once you’re happy with your selection click on the green “Confirm” button in the right-hand corner of the popup.

6. You can see the number of installs for the given period at the top right-hand corner of the page.

7. To see downloads by device type scroll to the bottom and find the pie chart with the title “App Installs by Platform”.
