Why Loyalty Lion x StoreLab?
Integrating Loyalty Lion with your StoreLab mobile app is a great way to build stronger bonds with your customers and boost their overall lifetime value for your business. When 75% of customers are more inclined to buy products if they can earn rewards, implementing a loyalty program is a no-brainer. Our simple integration with Loyalty Lion enables store owners to reward customers for various activities like making purchases, referring friends, leaving product reviews and more.
How to link Loyalty Lion x StoreLab
(1) Navigate to the Loyalty Lion app on your Shopify Dashboard
(2) Click on the ‘Manage’ tab in your Loyalty Lion dashboard as shown in the screenshot below
(3) Next please scroll down and click ‘settings’ on the left hand menu underneath ‘Configuration’ as shown below.
(4) Next, please scroll down on the above settings page till you see the ‘Secret’ and ‘Token’ as shown in the screenshot below.
(5) Now please navigate to the ‘Integrations’ tab of your StoreLab dashboard and find Loyalty Lion within the list of available integrations.
(6) Please click ‘Install Now’ underneath Loyalty Lion
(7) Once clicked a pop up will appear on your screen asking you to paste in your ‘Token’ and ‘Secret. Please do this as well as providing a URL to your loyalty program terms from your website as shown below.
(8) Once you have successfully inputted all of the required information, you can click ‘Verify with OAuth’ and this integration will be successfully completed.
Final Bits
To access the loyalty functions, customers must be logged into their accounts. It's important to note that loyalty programs within the app won't function with subscription products added through ReCharge.
Users can find a new option to view their loyalty rewards account information in the User Account View.
For redeeming points in exchange for rewards, a new option in the top-right corner of the Checkout View will guide users to a different page where they can explore various redemption choices. Once a reward is redeemed, a coupon code will be displayed, which can be applied during the checkout.
A significant point to remember is that redeeming a reward is an irreversible action. If a customer chooses to redeem a reward, they won't be able to regain their points if they have a change of heart.
Important: We don’t currently support Loyalty Tiers
