A step by step on guide on how to set up the Stamped Loyalty Integration with StoreLab.

Why Stamped Loyalty x StoreLab?

Integrating Stamped Loyalty & Referrals with your StoreLab mobile app is a great way to build stronger bonds with your customers and boost their overall lifetime value for your business. When 75% of customers are more inclined to buy products if they can earn rewards, implementing a loyalty program is a no-brainer. Our simple integration with Stamped Loyalty enables store owners to reward customers for various activities like making purchases, referring friends, leaving product reviews and more.

Important Note: The integration is available to all StoreLab Clients who are on the Stamped Loyalty 'Enterprise' plan. If you are not on this plan, please get in touch with a member of our team to further assist you with this integration.

How to link Stamped Loyalty x StoreLab

  • (1) Open your Shopify Dashboard and navigate to 'Apps' on the left hand side of your screen.

  • (2) Please select 'Stamped Loyalty & Referrals' from the list of Shopify apps you have installed to your store.

  • (3) Once you have launched the Stamped web-app, please select 'Loyalty' from the main menu and then navigate to 'Settings' as shown in the screenshot below.

  • (4) Once you have selected 'Settings', please click on Loyalty Integrations > API Keys as shown in the screenshot below.

  • (5) Please take a note of your API Public Key, Store Hash, and API Private Key from the right hand side of your screen as shown in the screenshot below.

  • (6) Now that you have your Private Key, Public Key, and Store Hash - please navigate to the 'Integrations' tab of your StoreLab Dashboard.

  • (7) Please find 'Stamped Loyalty' within the list of available integrations on StoreLab and press 'Install Now' as shown below.

  • (8) Now please paste in the Private Key, Public Key & Store Hash you copied down in Step 5 as well as a link to your loyalty programme information on your website as shown below. Once done, please click 'Save Setup'.

  • (9) Once you have entered the required information and clicked 'Save Setup', this integration will be successfully completed.

Final Bits

To access the loyalty functions, customers must be logged into their accounts. It's important to note that loyalty programs within the app won't function with subscription products added through ReCharge.

Users can find a new option to view their loyalty rewards account information in the User Account View.

For redeeming points in exchange for rewards, a new option in the top-right corner of the Checkout View will guide users to a different page where they can explore various redemption choices. Once a reward is redeemed, a coupon code will be displayed, which can be applied during the checkout.

A significant point to remember is that redeeming a reward is an irreversible action. If a customer chooses to redeem a reward, they won't be able to regain their points if they have a change of heart.

Important: We don’t currently support Loyalty Tiers
