Why Yotpo x StoreLab
When you incorporate Yotpo Loyalty and Referrals into your StoreLab mobile app, you can greatly improve your relationship with mobile shoppers and increase the value of your customers over time. 75% of customers are more likely to buy a product if they can earn rewards for their purchase, so adding a loyalty program is a smart move! Yotpo's easy integration allows merchants to reward customers for things like making a purchase, referring friends, writing product reviews, achieving VIP status, and more.
Important Note: This integration is available to all StoreLab Customers who have a subscription to Yotpo Loyalty & Referrals. There are no requirements to the level of subscription you must carry with Yotpo or StoreLab for this integration.

How to link Yotpo x StoreLab
(1) Open your Shopify Dashboard and navigate to 'Apps' on the left hand side of your screen.
(2) Please select the 'Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards' App from the list of available options.
(3) Once you have opened 'Yotpo Loyalty & Rewards', please select 'Settings' from the left hand side menu.
(4) Underneath the 'Settings' menu, please navigate to 'General Settings' and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
(5) Please copy both the 'API Key' and 'GUID' from the bottom of the page as shown in the screenshot below.
(6) Now that you have your API Key and GUID, please navigate to the 'Integrations' tab of your StoreLab Dashboard.
(7) Please find 'Yotpo Loyalty' within the list of available integrations on StoreLab and press 'Install Now' as shown below.
(8) Now please paste in your API Key and GUID you have copied down in step 5 as well as a link to your loyalty program information from your website as shown below. Once done, please click 'Save Setup'.
(9) Once you have entered the required information and clicked 'Save Setup', this integration will be successfully completed.
Final Bits
To access the loyalty functions, customers must be logged into their accounts. It's important to note that loyalty programs within the app won't function with subscription products added through ReCharge.
Users can find a new option to view their loyalty rewards account information in the User Account View.
For redeeming points in exchange for rewards, a new option in the top-right corner of the Checkout View will guide users to a different page where they can explore various redemption choices. Once a reward is redeemed, a coupon code will be displayed, which can be applied during the checkout.
A significant point to remember is that redeeming a reward is an irreversible action. If a customer chooses to redeem a reward, they won't be able to regain their points if they have a change of heart.
